It was on a very warm sunny Sunday.  Harling were invited to Watton for the Coral Cup - six teams were to play; two sets of four players per team.  Harling played Watton and Bradenham.   Derek skipped Lorretta, Gary and Graham against a strong Watton side and in a very close match ended in a draw.  I skipped the other team aided by Laurie, June and Rosie; we raced into a big early lead with some skilful play and our fair share of good fortune but Bradenham fought back and were reducing the lead when the game ended with a win for us by 12 shots. After a nice tea and a welcome drink it was presentation time and none of us were really sure who had won until they called it out.  We had tied with Watton on 3pts each but won the Coral Cup for the first time in its history by just 3 shots . 

Very well done to all the players and thank you Derek for being the Captain for the day and also to Watton for their hospitality.
